IE Hub has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Debt Resolution Services framework

IE Hub has been appointed as a supplier on Lot 3 of Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Debt Resolution Services (DRS) framework. Designed to bring together a range of debt collection and data services into a single commercial agreement, DRS framework has been built to provide a more consistent and integrated approach to debt resolution. It aims to improve capability, ensuring taxpayers’ money is spent most efficiently and effectively.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The DRS framework will work with the best suppliers in their class for each service and will make sure suppliers meet the high-quality threshold. This quality benchmark will provide public sector customers with the confidence that the framework will provide value for money and services that achieve fair outcomes through a diverse and sustainable supply chain.

This framework will run for four years from December 2021 and replace the current Debt Management Services (RM6208) and the now-expired Debt Market Integrator framework.

Earlier this week IE Hub, part of Personal Data Management, was appointed as a supplier on Lot 3 of the DRS framework: Affordability Assessment and Monitoring, for their innovative affordability assessment solution. IE Hub is an online application that makes completing an Income and Expenditure easier and more convenient, allowing customers to share Income and Expenditure information with multiple companies, putting them in control of their financial situation. IE Hub’s added intelligence means customers answer the questions that are relevant to their circumstances. Manual and Open Banking completion methods mean fewer mistakes and a true Income and Expenditure profile.

Dylan Jones, IE Hub CEO said, “We are delighted to announce that IE Hub has been awarded lot 3 of the Debt Resolution Services (DRS) tender: Affordability Assessment and Monitoring. The DRS framework will help to create sustainable supply chains, promote social values, and will ensure the provision of value for money. Our principles at IE Hub are aligned with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and achieving fair outcomes, so partnering with CCS was a natural step for us to take. This is an exciting partnership for IE Hub and an amazing start to 2022!”
