ReachOut Partnership Announcement
We are excited to announce a new partnership with ReachOut, a service from Sigma Connected, which will now direct customers towards IE Hub to create a budget. This collaboration reflects our commitment to making it easier for vulnerable people to access the support they need when facing financial difficulties.
ReachOut is a unique service designed to tackle the challenges of low engagement and raise awareness of available support. When creditors struggle to connect with customers in debt, ReachOut steps in to offer a confidential and impartial service. What makes them stand out is their non-collection approach, with their empathetic Pathfinders (agents) focusing on understanding the challenges customers face and guiding them towards the right help.
Pathfinders create a safe and supportive environment, exploring the reasons behind non-payment while connecting customers with charities and resources that support their financial, mental, or physical well-being. They also explain the assistance creditors can offer, encouraging re-engagement to find long-term solutions for managing debt.
This partnership aligns perfectly with IE Hub’s mission to empower individuals to take control of their financial situations through compassionate, personalised support. By partnering with ReachOut, we’re providing our users with an additional layer of care and guidance, helping them navigate tough financial situations with confidence and support.
“Our partnership with ReachOut is a natural fit for IE Hub’s mission to support vulnerable individuals. By working together with ReachOut’s empathetic and non-judgmental service, we can offer even more comprehensive support to those who need it most, ensuring they get the help they deserve in a safe and confidential way.” — Bethanie Kennedy, Partnerships Manager at IE Hub
We believe this collaboration will enhance the experience for our users and ensure they receive the right support at the right time, improving outcomes for all involved.
