Once you have created an IE Hub account, you will be asked to enter information about your finances. This may seem a bit scary, but do not worry- it is completely safe! From here, you can see an overview of your income and outgoings in one place. This can help you plan and see areas where you may be under/overspending. You can come back and update your IE Hub budget at any time, whenever anything changes.
Payment Plan Management
If you are struggling financially and would like to let any companies know that you can’t manage your payments to them, share your IE Hub budget. As mentioned earlier, IE Hub is safe, and no one else has access to your financial information. But, you can share this budget with any company you wish to, and as many as you would like. This means that you won’t have to call each company you are dealing with.
For example, if your energy bills are mounting and you think you will fall behind, let your energy company know by sharing your IE Hub budget.
Benefit and Bill Reduction Checker
Once you have completed your IE Hub budget, you can use IE Hub’s free benefits checker tool to see if you are eligible for additional income. Even if you do not think you are eligible for benefits, 70% of our customers found out they are eligible- so there is no harm in trying. You can also check for water tariffs to check whether your water bill can be reduced due to your current circumstances.
