We work very hard to make the system easy for everyone, so your thoughts mean a lot to us. Don’t worry, this call is only about your experience with IE Hub, not about your dealings with other companies or creditors.

  • Budget: You made your own budget by answering income and spending questions. IE Hub helps you see where you’re spending and how much you have left each month.
  • Benefit Check: IE Hub checks if you can get any extra money. You can see these benefits on your dashboard.
  • Social Tariff Check: We check if you can get lower bills for water and broadband. Your dashboard will show if you qualify. You can share your budget with water and telco companies using IE Hub.
  • PSR Check: We help make sure you get practical help if you or anyone in your household has any additional support needs. If you share your budget with utility companies, they can sign you up for their free Priority Services Register.
  • Share with Creditors: If you’re having trouble with bills, we can help you get support from companies you owe money to. Share your budget with creditors so they understand your finances and can help you.
  • Additional Support: IE Hub works with many charities and debt advice providers. If you need more help, you can share your budget with our partners like Scope and YES Energy Solutions.

Don’t forget – you can share your budget for free with ANY company directly from your IE Hub dashboard.

What to Expect Next: After using IE Hub to share your budget, creditors might take up to 10 working days to respond. If you want to hear from them sooner, you can call them and explain you shared your budget. Most companies are happy to discuss your situation over the phone if they have your budget.
